Privacy International provided input to the forthcoming report the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights on the challenges and risks with regard to discrimination and unequal enjoyment of the right to privacy associated with the collection and processing of data.
Our submission covers the following topics:
- Discrimination in the context of migration management and border security;
- Discrimination on grounds of economic status in access to social welfare;
- Discrimination in digital healthcare;
- Discriminatory challenges posed by AI technologies;
- Discrimination resulting from the deployment of Facial Recognition Technology;
